This conference is presented at the basic to advanced level for attorneys, accountants, qualified intermediaries, real estate agents, tax advisors and anyone dealing with clients owning investment real estate or business assets. There are no prerequisites required.
Refund Policy:
Full tuition refund, less a $40.00 administrative charge will be made to registrants if cancellation notice received by e-mail, fax or U.S. Mail on or before April 5, 2013. No refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after April 5, 2013. Substitutions allowed.
Seminar Materials:
The seminar materials are provided in the form of a USB Flash Drive with copies of the PowerPoint presentation slides. Copies of the course material prepared by the speaker, Ms. Mary B. Foster, is available for purchase exclusively from 1031 Advanced Seminar LLC. NOTE TO ATTENDEES: A copy of the course manual is included in your registration fee. If you are unable to attend and would like to purchase the course material, the cost is $60. Washington State Residents include tax of 9.5% ($65.70 total). To order course material, please check the box on the registration form for “Seminar Material Only”. Course materials can also be ordered online. You must order via phone, fax or mail. Please enclose your check or credit card information when ordering. The course material will be shipped via regular mail following the presentation of the conference.
